Ramie Word joined Mr. Cooper in February 2004. Within the Servicing division, her experience includes acquisitions, service release, escrow, written communications, training, collections, loss mitigation, investor relations, foreclosure, REO, property preservation, attorney oversight, claims. In her current role, Word oversees our Customer Care & Client Delivery operations with more than 1,200 staff globally. She brings more than 20 years' industry experience and a Political Science BA from SMU. She has been recognized within the industry as a "Woman of Influence" and is an avid supporter of the company's Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Word resides in Colleyville, Texas, with her husband and daughter.
