Amy Neumann manages Late-Stage Delinquency for Flagstar Bank, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, and Flagstar’s Default Attorney Network. She oversees the operations performed by servicing vendors and attorneys and the late-stage delinquency functions in-house at Flagstar. She joined Flagstar in 2015 from Trott & Trott, P.C., where she co-managed the litigation practice. Neumann has over 18 years of default experience, including all facets of mortgage banking litigation, compliance, vendor oversight, and operations leadership.
