Serving as the Senior Manager of Preservation and Post-Sale Asset Disposition for Flagstar Bank, Micole Booker is a strategic, innovative thought leader with more than 10 years’ of experience in the default servicing industry. She began her career working for a national preservation provider, Wolverine Real Estate Services, Inc., and went on to work for two industry-leading servicers, Rocket Mortgage (formerly Quicken Loans) and now Flagstar Bank. Her areas of expertise include property preservation and eviction, single-family servicing, attorney/vendor management, property registration/compliance, auction, post-title, default hazard claims, and investor claims. She is passionate about team member development and growth and is an advocate for service-focused leadership. She is a mother of three and an Arizona transplant as of May 2021. Outside of work, her passions include travel, visiting museums, and painting.
