Eric Will serves as Senior Director of REO within the Single-Family Portfolio & Servicing Division for Freddie Mac. Externally in the real estate community, Freddie Mac’s REO department is commonly known as HomeSteps. In his role, Will is responsible for managing operational, strategic, and oversight activities related to Freddie Mac’s portfolio of single-family REO homes nationwide. During his 32-year career at Freddie Mac, he has held various positions in the Technology, National Lending and Default Servicing Divisions of the GSE. Will is a graduate of James Madison University.
