Tim Lightfoot has 18 years' experience in default and loss mitigation roles within mortgage servicing. Lightfoot has been with Rushmore for over six years. Before joining Rushmore, he began his career at Homecomings Financial. Additionally, as a private consultant, he assisted Fannie Mae, Mr. Cooper, and Pacific Union on various default and loss mitigation activities. While at Rushmore, Lightfoot has built out a robust credit risk and underwriting platform for modifications, improved proprietary technology to streamline customer assistance options, and has had the opportunity to mentor and develop numerous team members.
