Nick Caruso is responsible for the management and build of the Control Tower for ServiceMac, providing real-time audit and compliance of the firm’s business processes. With 15 years of mortgage servicing experience, Nick started in banking technology and support, working with the Back in the Black servicing platform and transitioned to branch banking with Bank of America. Nick spent more than five years with Lender Processing Services/Fidelity, assisting Wells Fargo teams to rehabilitate and restructure the $120 billion Wachovia Mortgage “Pick a Pay” portfolio, as well as Wells Fargo’s servicing operation to restructure and improve issues related to the financial crisis. Nick had been in his previous role with Marinosci Law for nearly five years, leading technology operations.
