Amy Neumann manages late stage delinquency for Flagstar Bank, which includes Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO and Flagstar’s Default Attorney Network. Neumann oversees the operations performed by servicing vendors and attorneys, as well as, the in-house late stage delinquency functions in-house at Flagstar. She joined Flagstar in 2015 from Trott & Trott, P.C., where she co-managed the litigation practice. She has over 18 years’ default experience, including all facets of mortgage banking litigation, compliance, vendor oversight, and operations leadership.
