LeAllen Frost is VP and Associate General Counsel of Litigation at Mr. Cooper, focusing primarily on class action defense. He has extensive experience in consumer finance litigation and regulatory investigations. Frost is a regular speaker on legal issues related to the mortgage industry, including litigation management and prevention, class actions, and risk mitigation. Prior to joining Mr. Cooper in 2013, he served as General Counsel for RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, Head of Litigation for Saxon Mortgage Services, and Litigation Counsel for Homecomings Financial/GMAC ResCap. Frost is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Pepperdine University School of Law.
