• You must register for FSC before you can book a hotel. Details on how to book will be included in your confirmation email.

• You are allowed up to 2 guests per room, additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. 

• Rates will remain in effect until August 30, 2021. However, please note that the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to book your room early.  

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a 1 night non-refundable deposit for room and tax charges. Your credit card will be charged upon booking.

• Cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. The booking deposit of 1 night room & tax is non-refundable and will not be returned to you.
