Join the Legal League to review the current status of the Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF) program. The Special Interest Working Group Committee recently released a white paper on the status of HAF Funds. This webinar will cover the essentials of that paper, including: an overview of the HAF program and the process, status and differentiators in key states, how the HAF funds are and will continue to affect foreclosure and bankruptcy, and what is the impact HAF funds will have on servicers moving forward.
Presenters include select authors of the paper—Brooke Sanchez, David Demers, and David Friedman—as well as Toniqua Green, who will be serving as moderator due to her extensive knowledge of HAF as the VP of Corporate Social Responsibility at Mr. Cooper. |
