• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Monday, April 8 at 5:00 p.m. CT or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • Additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. 
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least (24) hours prior to arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within (24) hours of arrival will result in a charge of (1) night room & tax.
  • Discounted hotel parking for daily valet is $14 per vehicle and overnight valet parking is $28 per day/vehicle.
  • Guests receive a 20% discount on services at the award-winning Spa at The Crescent with pre-scheduled appointments.
