Webinar FAQs

Legal League educational webinars are presented at no cost to all Legal League members, associate members, mortgage servicing and lending professionals, and government representatives.

You only need internet access and good connectivity to stream. We recommend using either Chrome or Firefox for your browser. Audio for the webinar will be streamed via your computer speakers. We encourage you to test your speakers before the event to make sure everything works as it should.

You do not need to download or install any software to participate, and a webcam is not required. 

If you are attending live, once the countdown clock in the waiting room reaches zero, you will be prompted to open Zoom either in your browser or in the application if it's downloaded on your computer. Select your preferred viewing option for Zoom, and you will be transferred to the live broadcast. 

If you viewing an on-demand recording of the webinar, you will open the recording directly in your browser and won't be prompted to open Zoom or any other outside applications after you log in to access.

Once you have finished signing up, click on "WEBINAR LOGIN" to join the waiting room. Live chat with other attendees will be available while you wait for the webinar to begin. 

Yes. A recording of the webinar will be available to view on-demand 3 business days after the live online event.

You will be able to submit questions or comments by typing them into the Q&A widget during the event. These questions will be answered as time allows during the Question & Answer session following the presentation.
