Since 1997, Michael S. Olszewski has sold more than 18,000 REO properties (residential and commercial) with a sales volume over $2.1 billion dollars. He has offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, and South Florida. Olszewski has a well-deserved reputation for leveraging state-of-the-art marketing for each of his properties to reach any and all interested parties. He provides property valuations, short sale work, eviction and relocation assistance, and property preservation services. He has working relationships with a number of cities and municipalities, including with the city of Chicago, for which he has been a court-appointed receiver charged with rehabilitating distressed properties for 15 years. He has been a member of the National REO Brokers Association for over 20 years and currently serves on the Executive Board as Vice President.
