Cynthia A. Nierer is a Partner with Margolin, Weinreb and Nierer, LLP. Nierer has been representing the mortgage default industry throughout the State of New York since 1995. Prior to joining Margolin, Weinreb & Nierer, LLP, Nierer served as the directing partner of the REO closing and eviction departments of a New York based law firm. She served as a Board Member and Education Chair of REOMAC n/k/a NADP from 2008 to 2014. Over the years, she has been a participant as a speaker on numerous industry panels/webinars and has has published many articles in numerous mortgage default industry publications.
